Antietam: The Soldiers' Battle

Just finish this interesting book, written for the view of the soldier on the field.  The author; John M Priest used many first person written accounts to cover this deadliest one day battle in America's history.  The book is packed full of maps, although each map is at least a page off.  This means as you read the book there will be a lot of flipping back and forth.  You also find many photo of lesser well known men who fought in this Maryland battle.

A very good read.  Well documented.  I highly recommend.
